SSP are returning next Tuesday to remove the excess sand so can you send the following note to members.

 

“I have asked the court maintenance company SSP to come back and remove the excess sand from courts 1-3 and they have scheduled next Tuesday June 5thto carry out the work.

 

I appreciate this is a Social morning and will impact on court availability, but it is necessary work and those playing will need to be flexible while the work is in progress.The company normally arrive around 10am and will probably work on courts 1 and 2 initially and then move over to court 3. Court 4 will be free and possibly 5 if Christian is not coaching.

 

I hope this will not cause too much inconvenience and once completed should bring the surface back to normal colour.”
