We have a wide range of adult courses to cater for all levels, Cardio Tennis and Team training sessions running throughout the year.

For more experienced players comfortable with match play looking to improve tactical awareness for doubles & singles.

A course for beginners or those returning to tennis, learn the basics of how to serve/rally/score in a high paced group lesson.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a new and exciting way to get fit on the tennis court.
The sessions are designed for players of all levels of ability and consist of fun tennis drills set to music. Cardio Tennis is a great way to burn calories without having to step in a gym.

Team Training
We run team training sessions for all of our men’s and ladies teams. Sessions usually run on a Saturday Morning and are to be arranged by the team captain and coaches.
